Today, we are building a text messaging chatbot, with code, in about twenty minutes. We are utilizing two online services to do so: Twilio, and Dialogflow. Twilio provides the ability to send text messages to and from the chatbot, and Dialogflow is how we are making the bot. Overall it will be free for most people to try, but will have small fees associated with sending and receiving texts.
